Tilapia is one of the most farmed fish species in (sub) tropical sub-Saharan Africa and plays an important role in the food supply.
Due to (local) overfishing, population growth and the good reputation of Tilapia, there is a large & growing demand for cultivated Tilapia in Africa.
With the floating tilapia feeds offered by Aqua Bio, the fish farmer can achieve strong growth and generate a maximum income selling this highly searched fish.
We offer 4 feeds to culture this species.
The minimum order quantity of these feeds is per 40FT container (useful load of 27.3T of fish feed) with a minimum of 5T per ordered feed.
Below you will find a feeding table based on an optimum water quality and a temperature of 27 ° C.
