Drying the pellets

As seen in the in the image below, there are two levels in the dryer to prolongate the drying time.

The pellets enter the dryer and are dispersed equally over a perforated conveyor belt.

A hot air stream, heated by gas burners, will then dry the fish feed evenly..

The temperature inside the dryer is kept within certain boundaries to avoid damaging the essential nutrients.

After drying the pellets, the humidity level is below 10%, in order to prevent decay.
